I am unable to think of any pros of working for this Company other than that there are some very nice people there working under very unpleasant management styles.

Svantaggi

The working atmosphere is oppressive and bullying. There is no effort made by the management to encourage team spirit and no progression paths. The offices and equipment are out of date, and no support is given when anyone tries to overcome these problems and improve things.
