Management unprofessional ( rude comments and yelling) and toxic to employee morale. Cycles workers to work most weekends and extra hours just to meet revenue for the month. Corporate management doesn't seem to care what happens within the plant as long as revenue is met ( was notified of concerns, yet never contacted me to even discuss if my concerns were valid.) Continuous turnover of personnel both at worker and management levels.
