Solid benefits and a really passionate team. Love my manager and counterparts, leadership team is very passionate about what they do.

Decentralized corporate structure can work against you sometimes, it makes it harder to go out and network beyond your immediate reporting line. Can be difficult to make a culture shift with a lot of long-tenured employees.
