I can only speak to the MCT División for Ametek and I can guarantee you that if you work hard and seek opportunity you will move up and your work will be noticed. I spent 6 years here and I never imagine I would grow this fast within a company. Ametek is constantly acquiring new companies and the opportunity to grow and move within the company is high. These cons relate to finance during acquisition and note that it's temporary. After the company gets used to how AMETEK works it gets a LOT easier. With that said overtime during month end close, tight deadlines and October is a rough month with closing Q3, Physical inventory and Budgets starting. Must publicly traded companies have the same routine and if you're in finance this isn't anything new. Help is provided from other BU's since they are doing the same thing so you won't feel lost.
