A variety of custom made thermal components used on a plethora of applications. Great engineering and r&d team. Knowledgeable team members and great people to work with.

Micro managers are slave drivers. Executives make quarterly bonuses. Everyone else is pushed to their limits. Managers are always trying to beat revenue forecasts. Employees get blamed for managers bad decisions. Buyer/Planners are expected to do everything. From planning and purchasing for production and returns, to resolving all discrepancies found by QA, while keeping the schedule firm and management aware of what is going on.

Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
