      There is a lack of communication, culture, team building, inclusion, and care for employee's work/life balance. Old-school mind-set with 2022 remote work-life highly discouraged.

      Compensation is not competitive with the current manufacturing market. Limited career growth and advancement opportunities for technicians. Skilled employees often need outside offers to receive meaningful pay adjustments. Random drug testing policy may be a drawback for some candidates.
