Great team (in procurement department). Purchasing Manager is a great leader and backs the team 100%.

For a manufacturing plant, rescheduling shipments every week can be a fulltime job itself. Completely ridiculous. No fluid communication process. You can have 6 different people ask a buyer the same thing (kind of like the movie Office Space). You will have managers (director level) standing over you, and demanding you call suppliers while the director watches you.
