The employees at AMF were wonderful. President of company - on site, very good. Attempting change. The employees are hardworking and treat each other as if they were truly family. It is a truly warm site to see and experience.

Some members of management have been there too long or were put in the role out of necessity rather than skill. Site not climate controlled and for manufacturing this is a huge mistake and dangerous to the aging workers on site. Very paper heavy and need a serious tech update. Several managers go unchecked with their bad behaviors. Two Female managers in particular seems to be immune to disciplinary action due to their length of service. Both need anger management and progressive action plans to change their behaviors.
