Management needed a bit of updating

Even though the company has been around for a while, it still acts like a startup. I have never heard of a company developing solutions so quickly. There are some employees you can learn a lot from if you pay attention. Because of my experience here, I can speak to product management, marketing, development, and pretty much the majority of the business and industry. Lots of transferable skills.

A few weak hires. They came in with good resumes but completely misrepresented their abilities. Unfortunately, a small company isn't the place for people looking to coast. Needless to say, they didn't last.
