- 3 Years, 3 lakhs flat bond, so you have to stay for 3 years even if work or project assigned to you is not good. - Sticking to one project for 3 years is not good, company should give chance to work in different technology to their employee. - After signing bond for 3 years, if you get work in only one project then if that project is not much good you may face problem while switching. - You will get good hike in some departments only(Mostly in Embedded and BIOS projects), not good in other department working in Application side or dependent to BIOS and Embedded projects(Hike is department based not just employee performance). - Only work location is Chennai, so you must have to switch company and will not able to stay for longer time if you are not local person.
