AMI is an incredible place to work. Fully remote flexibility, strong and compassionate leaders, and the support to build you into a driven and confident worker. The CEO and VP took a chance on me. I had some comparable skills when it came to recruitment but I didn't work in this space before. They are incredibly skilled at seeing potential and then help you along the way to pull that potential out and mold you into a skilled recruiter. They invest their time and effort into each of their employees. I've never felt afraid to ask questions from anyone in the company and that goes all the way up to the CEO.
