A number of seniors who had a lot of clinical experience have left, resulting in less rich knowledge to tap on or grow from High priority on admin, with increasing amount of admin in order to account for the work you do. This in turn leaves you lesser time and bandwidth to do clinical work with clients. A lot of firefighting work. Only recently had a pay adjustment, but still not entirely up to par with NCSS's pay guidelines.
