Senior management don't take responsibility for their decisions and expect their staff to cover up their mistakes. Many staff there are not genuinely friendly or helpful. Need to endure humiliation to stay there as the current CEO frequently scolds snd belittles the staff in public, and doesn't show them respect The present CEO expects the staff to work even if they are sick.
