Manager turn over is extremely high in this company because they overwork you and don't appreciate a second of it. Money is all they are about because they don't have much of it. Enough to buy cars for themselves but not enough to support their stores or employees. Stores are left with almost no money to place orders which is quite embarrassing when you have to explain to guests why you're out of half the things they would like to order. Owners are very oblivious to everything going on in their stores and open up new ones when they should be focusing on bettering the current ones. Don't waste your time here. Seems like a cool company at first but it's a joke and anyone in the Pittsburgh restaurant scene knows it.
