Vantaggi

Pay is good and shift schedule

Svantaggi

Culture is not good. They have their favorites and if you aren't one of them, it's lights out for you. They claim open door policy but the gossip and rumors get spread by leadership for anyone to hear.

Vantaggi

Career growth opportunities, supportive coworkers, opportunities to learn and develop, ability to advance if you stay engaged and work hard

Svantaggi

Healthcare/EMS can be demanding, long hours at times, stressful days, and workload can be heavy depending on staffing and operations. These things aren’t specific to AMR, that’s our industry in general.

Vantaggi

AMR San Mateo is making huge strides in changing the Old Boy culture of EMS. The operation is collaborative, cares for its employees, and acts with accountability.

Svantaggi

Although it's much better than it was, AMR San Mateo still deals with staffing issues, primarily for medics, and forced mandation is still in play.
