      there's a twenty word minimum for this section, and honestly I can't think of anything. The lead mechanic did some maintenance on my personal vehicle. That was cool.

      Everything: Pay, Person who does the scheduler has an IQ of 42, Lack of interest in personnel, always missing equipments EMT's steal, ambulances are never properly cleaned or disinfected, no organization.

      Healthcare/EMS can be demanding, long hours at times, stressful days, and workload can be heavy depending on staffing and operations. These things aren’t specific to AMR, that’s our industry in general.

      AMR San Mateo is making huge strides in changing the Old Boy culture of EMS. The operation is collaborative, cares for its employees, and acts with accountability.

      Although it's much better than it was, AMR San Mateo still deals with staffing issues, primarily for medics, and forced mandation is still in play.
