- we received many benefits other companies don't usually offer, like nursery (child) benefit, early attendance bonus (monthly) and more allowances. - nice culture to have potluck weekly - circulars are shared clearly and informed (before signing) even though with interns - bosses are very friendly and accessible for communication at all times - bosses will personally treat staffs when doing overtime and give presents to newborn, newly weds. - one of the directors personally recommended to the board and chose me to join them immediately, something I will never forget. - fast pace. but very acceptable. everywhere is almost the same actually.

it is very normal everywhere if bosses comment on our work. we learn from there.

- No official offer letter was issued as promised on Thursday but was asked to come to report duty on Monday the following week. When I came on the first day and did the job as requested but still no offer letter was issued by the end of the day as promised. Asked multiple of times about it but HR said TM is still reviewing. - Stand firm that I wont continue working without proper documentation being issued. The Top Management suddenly pulled back the offer without giving any solid reasons.
