the positive comments are fake there is no pros here. not a fast growing company. the revenues are some fabricated asset gains or inter-party transactions. The MDs dont know what they'redoing here

almost everything is a con we are all CEO's personal assistants, helping to fulfill his personal wishes instead of helping clients and making money properly. we have poor benefits.for exampel when you go out for buisness trip, you usually stay in hostels costing $300-400 per night,or share a room with another staff. i don't know if i have allowances for meals, maybe yes i heard some ppl saying $100 per DAY! but provided that they are willing to give you back the money in the end. sad story for ppl who are willing to pay for the ocmpany the thing i hate most is the social media thing. we do a lot of bluffing. ppl know were bluffing and lying and we still do a lot of them,like saying we're number 1 investment bank. all bs and self-gratification. in fact, we get a very low deal success rate,even if success we get low fees and actually do nothing.but we usually say we lead the deal from front to end and hahahaha.cnmb some ppl say good bonus?excuse me? i haven't heard any news of bonus for 2019 so far.anyone can tell me? they give you fake promises. even the MDs know nothing about bonus. or they fire you before you get that.
