Over burdened, management forces you to work over time everyday (usually till 8:30 PM ).Only the out-time matters to the organisation not the in-time.Over loaded with work.No work life balance and you are asked to work on Saturdays too.Salary will be credited only after 15th of every month.No proper leave policies.
