Vantaggi

The people at AND Digital are truly its strongest asset. I had the pleasure of working with many kind, smart and supportive colleagues who made day-to-day work enjoyable. The culture at the working level is friendly and collaborative and I gained a lot of valuable experience and grew my skills significantly. I’m especially grateful for the people I worked closely with and will really miss them.

Svantaggi

Unfortunately, the company has struggled with strategic direction. I went through five rounds of redundancies during my time there and each one took a toll on morale. The first was handled poorly and created lasting damage to trust and culture. AND’s club model made sense when the company was small, but it hasn’t scaled well. Despite repeated feedback, leadership seems reluctant to make meaningful changes and recent restructuring efforts feel weak and misaligned with the company’s current size and challenges. Club model is finished, it worked when small but now does not. Remove it and move on. Over hiring based on overly optimistic forecasts left many people benched for long periods a costly misstep for a consultancy and this lack of commercial foresight has led to repeated layoffs. Career progression has also slowed down significantly due to financial constraints.

Vantaggi

Some genuine, hardworking people on the ground level who care about doing quality work. Individual contributors often demonstrate professionalism despite organisational challenges.

Svantaggi

Misleading Leadership: Senior leadership, particularly those with "Chief" titles, prioritise sales rhetoric over substance. They consistently oversell capabilities and place employees in positions they're not qualified for, such as assigning product roles to individuals with no product experience. Unethical Client Practices: The company regularly bills clients for expertise that doesn't exist within the assigned team, creating impossible situations for employees who must deliver on promises they cannot fulfil. Employees are expected to take on any role regardless of their job description or qualifications - for example, engineers may suddenly be assigned UX roles - if it generates revenue. The company will pursue any opportunity to make money without regard for employee expertise or career development. Toxic Management Culture: Frequent redundancies that appear arbitrary rather than performance-based Clear favouritism and "in-crowd" dynamics. Failure to address poor client behaviour, instead expecting employees to tolerate unprofessional treatment. Management joining clients in targeting struggling employees rather than providing support Lack of Professional Standards: Leadership demonstrates a pattern of dishonesty and willingness to sacrifice employee careers for short-term gains. The CEO's approach mirrors that of a company selling questionable products rather than professional services. No Employee Protection: When conflicts arise, employees are consistently thrown under the bus while leadership protects client relationships at any cost.
