There is no air conditioning. Just measly fans that wave hot air gingerly. The management is a very messed up thing. There is no organizational skills among the leads, things that should be top priority would only be priority because of mistakes done. People generally feel like they are walking on egg shells. say the wrong thing or ask too many questions and you get shot down or given a 'barely-there' answer. things are constantly changing and there is little communication to all the workers. If there is a meeting it doesn't address main concerns of the workers. After your full work week there is many times mandatory overtime because of people's mistakes or so many people quit that they are now behind. They have been behind for months because people are tired of having to deal with the mess that is Andros. Just stay away unless it is your LAST option.
