Family-like if you are willing to reach out. Students are generally from well-off families and well-behaved for the most part. Some will be very enthusiastic about achieving good scores. Close to subway line 3 (orange line). Can have a life outside of the job. Andyprep's president, Andy, will arrange monthly faculty dinner/party, which is fun, and you get a chance to get to know the other teachers better.

If you are looking to get a bigger wage, don't seek a position at a company; find a private tutoring opportunity. You'll probably get double the pay. Teaching resources that are provided are error-prone, so you may have to do some reviewing beforehand to fix them before going into the class.
