They always pay on time. Work load is small. There is so much room for learning. So much freedom of using latest technologies and building anything we want however we want. Great offices. The initial salary was very good. Most people are nice.

Some people are incompetent, even in high-ish positions. Very hard to get a raise. Too much uncertainty due to problems of the mother company. Lack of organization, slow processes, vague requirements that make development frustrating.
