Vantaggi
* Pay is still good for me but only because I negotiated this when the old leadership team were in place. Since then I have received a 2.7% increase so I suppose in reality I have taken a pay cut as inflation has outstripped this. * Team I work with are great. * Good manager * Hybrid working
Svantaggi
* Lack of transparency with staff - especially those who are signed up to share schemes. Good luck anyone planning to get a payout when ANS is sold off. They want you to work your fingers to the bone with the dangling carrot that will never materialise. Be honest with your staff! * Ridiculously woke company. Just like to put themselves out there like they care. The most focus is catering for the 2% rather than the 98%, it's actually quite sickening. Every week is some kind of 'Let's give x group a hug' rather than focusing on what actually matters - delivering quality products and services. * Sell things that cannot be delivered * Skeleton delivery and support teams (still want the same end results) * You are just a number. Everything, literally everything is geared towards selling the business for the maximum price in a couple of years. This is at the expense of the staff that are actually responsible for getting ANS to that position. This includes blatant lying about the shares staff are due, cancelling long service bonuses, not giving out pay rises if you exceed a certain salary bracket. * A leadership team that have no clue who the best staff are within the business. They wouldn't know you if they walked past you in the corridor. * Ruthless and calculated senior leadership team looking to get rid of high earners or people who don't beat to their drum. No interest in retaining their best talent.
