Values restructuring and moving people as opposed to actually fixing issues. I think there have been restructures about every 4-6 months in my 2 years. Seems to have taken a large number of poor attributes from being a small company and added quite a number of bad attributes or large companies as it has grown. Different streams seem to have no input into practices and advising on faults even when they are generating internal workload or issues for customers. Structure of the company seems rigid and inflexible Salary current well below advertised internal positions to replace colleagues, management stated this disparity would be eradicated in various company updates over 12 months ago, then decided no pay rises. Will have to leave to get a much needed cost of living pay increase.
