decent pay for sales...but that's about it....

no chance of career advancements past sales, long hours, poorly ran, low morale, terrible benefits package, no paid vacation time, no paid sick leave, companies policies and procedures are at times confusing and convoluted and can change at any given time without your notice....this company went out of business in early 2011 and the pieces was picked up by an investor that retooled the company but left prior management in charge (yeah that makes sense), not sure how long he will keep the ship afloat until he pulls the plug....its best to have a back up plan if you work here
