Benefits after one month, 1-3 weeks paid training, commission (sometimes), full time hours, easy to make friends

Svantaggi

A lot of drama between management and staff, management lack education and training, benefits are hardly giving, you get written up for everything, you often are sent home after 3 hours, even though it's full time, only negative coaching styles, company pushes sales and not customer service, a lot of yelling from management while you are in calls.
