The hours worked are long.

Decent pay which is the only reason I’ve stayed for 5 years

Toxic, constant gossip, no accountability- seems as if the people with the least amount of experience/ work ethic get the best treatment (management hires their friends), the “perks” of the job will slowly be taken away over time (unless you are friends with management), providers are RUDE, not only to staff but to the patients, providers use racial slurs and inappropriate terms to talk about people who are mentally delayed, work days are 12-13 hours when management leaves the office midday to “work from home”
