- A good amount of corporate BS - Salary and renumeration is meh. Not good, not bad, just meh. - First and second level management can be a very mixed bag when it comes to both personality and ability. - very little flexibility when it comes to working hours, much less when it comes to possibility of working remotely. Recommendation: be wary of accepting promotions and extra tasks "unofficially", the promise official promotions and raises may never happen.
