We certainly did have a small office some time ago, and this former employee must be from that time. We wish him/her well. Start-up culture is not for everyone as it often requires supportive team work, wearing multiple hats, making the best out of less than perfect situations and keeping positive. In the last 12 months, we've had one resignation and we're currently a staff of 20+ and recently opened a London office in addition to our Los Angeles office. We do our best to nurture a collaborative, inclusive and creative culture, and we also provide a stock option plan, so that our team members may benefit from their long term commitment, productivity and talent. In terms of quality and business model, we hope that our product and growth speaks for itself.

Vantaggi
Amazing coworkers
Incredible catalog of music
Remote work
Work/life balance and respect of time off
Svantaggi
Some can find advancement difficult depending on the department
Plenty of room to grow and employees who love being there. No office drama and everyone just wants to do a good job. There's plenty of upward mobility - internal promotions are super common. They really set you up for success and are there for any questions you have.
Also has some of the nicest management I've ever seen from a company, seriously. This is a company people stay at for decades if they want to, and I totally get it.
