The work culture is professional yet relaxed, and there’s a good level of autonomy and trust. Most of the team works remotely, and we usually go into the office about once every two weeks, which provides a nice balance between flexibility and in-person collaboration. supportive colleagues, flexible hybrid work arrangement, and clear communication across teams.
