No action. -leader made me look stupid on multiple calls and gave me no decision authority -leader micromanaged -worked 13 hour days and couldnt catch up onnwork -great directors! -attention to details - family like care for employees - management never tried to see receipts of any issues that appeared from direct leaders -leaders consistently had people leave their team. Company protected low value people than employees -Leader made you look incompetent on calls. Dismissed you. Talked bad behind your back. Do not get under a certain IT team. - they need in person to humanize one another. Had a very difficult time here with a toxic leader who was never on time, made look bad in front of stakeholders. Aps was not like this 3 years ago. The new culture is concerning
