Great product! Interesting problems to solve with current technologies. You get to own the project or part of it! Lean team composed of talented and hardworking people. Very supportive team. There was drama in the past. But now company moved forward and it's all about work and getting ahead now just no time for drama everybody is busy working on the product. Oh, and people are nice here!

Aviation industry is not a very fast moving >> hard to get customers.

There have been some rough patches (like many startups), but things have been improving steadily. The team is small but excellent, the work is challenging, and the management team is great to work with. Work/life balance is good, and there are many opportunities to learn new technologies.

It is a startup, so things move quickly. Management is doing a good job of keeping focus and minimizing distractions, but if you like knowing exactly what you are doing every day for the next 3 months, you might not like it.
