Throwing challenges of much higher levels than one is equipped from past experience may lead to possible failures. Flat organisation with easy access to all levels. Promising helpful colleagues. Centralised location with easy access.

Few - very stringent quality and excellence regime does not allow one to turn complacent, peak summer season means you have to forget summer vacation (well compensated with autumn/winter vacation)
