Some things are dangerous if you’re bot paying attention, you may want to wear the dust masks they provide, long hours

This company pays well, has decent benefits,vlong weekends, and different shift options.

The management is abysmal. The scheduling is never correct, workers are poorly trained, urgent situations are not treated with urgency. Hours are reduced by over 50% with a weeks notice. I want to like this job but everything tells me not to.
