I joined the Technology business unit recently. The solution is truly different and we are changing the way customers build and manage their facilities and properties. The leadership top down has been extremely supportive and collaborative. They are (and have been) candid, transparent and humble since I joined. For the sales team it is a chance to own an untapped territory and overachieve and for marketing it is a change to develop and cascade a new brand. I feel its an exciting time to be at ARC.

There are some differences within the different regions at times but nothing that isn't easily figured out with communication. As this is a 'start-up' situation for the business unit I am in, we don't know what we don't know at this point. Any issues we have encountered have been addressed immediately with either a solution or a plan to reach a solution.
