While there is opportunity to advance the work you are doing, the company offers very little if any advancement in pay and benefits. In fact, you are more likely to see a decrease in salary for your increased efforts. In the past two years alone, they have restructured existing PTO policy that capped maximum accrual at levels well below what veteran employees were already making and changed goals and bonus levels in regards to profit sharing within the company in addition to cutting the time it is paid out. If you work hard, they will give you more work and more work and more work. If you complain it's because you're lazy, and if you ask for compensation you're told you're lucky to have a job. I honestly don't understand how they retain anyone in any position beyond entry level scan jockey.
