ARC is a company that really cares about it's employees. It's something that I have always wanted in my workplace and I really feel it there. I've had nothing but pleasant interactions, cooperation, and support from everyone from upper management to my fellow local coworkers. We all realize that we aren't just cogs in some big system, but people all working towards the same goal. I can definitely see myself working at ARC long-term. The best part is that it's a realistic goal. In this hard economic period, I feel that ARC pays it's employees fairly, offers relevant benefits, and gives plenty of room for growth. ARC is not your average company, because it cares more than the average company. I am glad to be a part of it.

Sometimes the workload can become overwhelming, and it seems like you have to take the workload on yourself. However, you don't have to. I have had help and assistance from many coworkers. Even if I do end up taking the full workload sometimes, it's good to know that I can rely on my coworkers if I ever start pulling my hair out.
