Book tracking quota requirement was introduced despite significant daily downtime — approximately forty-five minutes each morning and after lunch, waiting to be logged in or for books to arrive yet a daily scanning quota was imposed despite these systemic delays. Management is fickle, unorganized, and lacking competence. The work environment is unpredictable, and staff are set up for failure.
