If you work in the salt lake office the only pro is the people you work with, they are great people and great at what they do. The TCS part of this company was amazing I enjoyed working with my direct manager he does a really good job of showing you you're appreciated, if it wasn't for him there would of been no way I would of stayed as long as I did.

- Everything you bring up for improvements gets shot down by upper management - pay is garbage - Utah office building is horrible - The feeling I got towards my end there is they pretty much just wanted our office gone. - CTO seemed to talk down to us I assume because most of the company runs .net and we used open source languages. - A lot of promises were made from ARI management and pretty much all of them fell through - If you are not a sales person they don't much care for you it's in the motto "sell more stuff"
