The colleagues and the working environment were nice, management is young and often rude when they tell you to do things that are for ocd people cause even if a jumper is well folded they will make you fold again several times often use a parental way to explain and making you feel you are worthless with constant negative feedback especially at the beggining some people left on second day of work for the stress given that prjbabky not even I a temu factory you would get. however the company offered a “probation period” contract which they then chose not to renew,despite the big commitment, using January being a quiet month as an excuse. I was informed that I was being let go just two days before Christmas, despite having booked holidays months in advance that had already been approved. Had I known I was going to lose my job — and not because of poor performance — I would never have booked an overseas holiday. Unfortunately, organisation was not their strong point. The rota was prepared a month in advance but constantly changed, meaning that any personal plans or paid events were often disrupted. I also believe it is unfair to use a probation period instead of a temporary contract: they are two very different things. With a probation period, you believe that your hard work will lead to continuity, whereas with a temporary contract you already know you need to look for something else. Losing my job with only one week’s notice under these circumstances was a real shock.
