It is easy to see that the seniors in most departments have been employed for less than 1-2 years. - Ineffective Supervisors: Most of the supervisors are overworked enough or are occupied with other hobbies to care about you on an individual basis. - Hiring: Employees are placed in a hat and seemingly hired at random without thought for team fit.
