Vantaggi
Fully remote team and good benefits
Svantaggi
Unfortunately, the company culture is far from what they promote. High turnover is a major issue, with employees being let go abruptly and often without clear reasoning. This creates an atmosphere of fear and insecurity, as team members constantly worry that they might be next. It’s hard to feel stable or focused when there’s such a lack of transparency about job security. Upper management is overly involved in day-to-day tasks, micromanaging everything to the point where it stops creativity and slows down work. Despite the intense oversight, employees are still expected to put in consistent 12-hour days, which quickly leads to burnout. There’s little regard for work-life balance, and the workload feels unsustainable. This approach drives talented people away, contributing to the cycle of high turnover and low morale.
