My Learning Experience - Recensione dipendente - A/R presso ARYZTA

This is where my learning experience occurred. Trying to convince your Senior Manager that there are moving factors to reporting and how it impacts the goals is extremely difficult and ignored. Cross department goals did not exist! It actually led to letting go of a long capable tenured employee. I was hired to report to a Director level who I was looking forward to and viewed in high regards. However, after being hired I was re-directed to report to a Senior Manager which I would have declined the role if presented before my acceptance knowing the tendencies of the Senior Manager as a person who points a finger rather than come up with solutions or guidance. Bait and switch in a way! This was an experience I took with me to my new job as an example of what type of Leadership and person I want to avoid becoming.
