The events they do are really powerful and inspiring and make a real impact. The company culture is great. The main boss is hands off and lets everyone do their jobs without micromanaging. He also cares alot about the people there. Everyone there is easygoing and passionate about what they do. If you like being in a small business, it's a great place to work.

During the late summer and fall it gets really busy.

Great work environment, boss very friendly and helpful, great co-worker dynamic. You get to work cool events.

The pay is not very high, especially for the amount of work that you do. Long hours. Everyone is given a lot to manage for events, which can be very stressful. You don't really get to enjoy the event itself because of how much you are expected to do throughout the day.
