all their events are incredible experiences to work on and management really cares about the people and empowers employees to do their job without interference. you get to work in a lot of different areas of the business, which offers great learning opportunities. everyone there is really team oriented and helpful.

The events they do are really powerful and inspiring and make a real impact. The company culture is great. The main boss is hands off and lets everyone do their jobs without micromanaging. He also cares alot about the people there. Everyone there is easygoing and passionate about what they do. If you like being in a small business, it's a great place to work.

During the late summer and fall it gets really busy.
