I have nothing but poor things to say about decisions made by upper management. They use employees and then dispose of them with no hesitation. I would get asked to go into the office if they were busy or short handed and went in EVERY time I was asked. Then receive an email at 2 a.m. informing me I had been laid off. Several other employees were laid off as well but some didn't check their email and ended up showing uo for their scheduled shift that day. They could have at least given employees who were loyal to the company a heads up that this may have happened. They do have some great team leads and other people who work there. However the upper management like the people who brown nose and talk poorly about employees who aren't around in front of everyone.
