Extremely disappointing work culture. The organization has no standard HR policies or robust employee relations. They change internal rules as per the personal interest of senior officials. The office keeps an unhealthy internal politics, with employees having little to no voice. Absolutely no growth opportunity. The power dynamics between employees are disappointing and toxic in nature, employees are appointed on contractual basis to avoid giving out any obligatory PF, ESI and gratituity.
