For the work you do, the pay is pretty good. I've worked at tier 1 positions for different staffing companies doing almost exactly the same work for 5-6 less per hour.

It's a call center job. Angry people call you all day long. You need thick skin and a heart of stone to get through more than a month working here. It's a big company and metrics and policies are not always logical or reasonable. Little to no upward mobility, very little opportunities for raises.
