You can go just about anywhere within the company in a short amount of time. With some planning you can make moves that will set you up with a solid salary and decent vacation time. You're off two weeks over the summer during a shutdown period, and off for nearly every major US holiday paid vacation.

While the company has a lot to offer on the surface, its pretty superficial after that. The leadership is abysmal at best and hardly any of them value their employees even from a professional standpoint. And the company turnover rate is AWFUL and this was before Covid-19 they can't keep managers, or floor employees more than a few months at most. The job pays but when you aren't treated appropriately, why bother staying has been the general consensus from those that parted ways with the company.
